Teaching Assistant
Pay: £90–£95 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: September 2025
Location: Salisbury
Hours: Monday to Friday | Term Time Only
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant on behalf of a specialist school in Salisbury. This is a term-time only role, ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful difference supporting young people with complex needs.
The school offers a trauma-informed, therapeutic learning environment for students aged 5–16, many of whom have experienced adversity. As a Teaching Assistant, you will support both academic and emotional development, helping students engage with learning while managing behaviour in a calm, supportive way.
The ideal Teaching Assistant will be confident, empathetic, and resilient, with experience supporting young people with SEND, mental health, or behaviour needs—either personally or professionally.
