Job Opportunity: Full-Time Teaching Assistant (SEND) – Hartley
Location: Hartley
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am – 4:15pm (Wednesdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm)
Contract Type: Full-Time, Term-Time Only
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of SEND, including ASD, ADHD,
SEMH, and complex needs.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff to deliver tailored learning activities.
• Support students’ personal care and emotional well-being where required.
• Help create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment.
• Contribute to pupils’ progress, independence, and confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic individual with a genuine passion for working in a SEND setting.
• Experience in supporting children with additional needs is desirable but not essential.
• A proactive and flexible team player with good communication skills.
• A valid UK driving licence is desirable due to the location.
