Are you a motivated and reliable Teaching Assistant looking to gain or build on your experience within a secondary school setting?
We are working with a supportive secondary school in the M32 area who are looking to appoint a General Teaching Assistant to join their team after the Easter break. Interviews are being held this week, so early applications are encouraged.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students in a dynamic and engaging school environment.
The Role:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management
Providing 1:1 and small group support where required
Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused learning environment
Supporting students with varying abilities and needs
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with young people (school, tutoring, coaching, youth work, or similar)
Confident supporting secondary-aged students
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude
Ability to build positive relationships with staff and students
