Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time

A friendly nursery in Chiswick is looking for a qualified Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This full-time role focuses on supporting children with SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for their learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging activities tailored to children with SEND.
• Observe, assess, and support children’s development.
• Collaborate with nursery staff, parents, and external professionals.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and caring environment.

Requirements:

• Early Years qualification (Level 3 or above).
• Experience working with children, ideally with SEND.
• Knowledge of the early years curriculum and developmentally appropriate practice.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
