We are working with a welcoming mainstream primary school in Chingford seeking a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from January 2026. This role is a rewarding 1:1 position supporting a Reception-aged child with autism, complex needs, and behavioural challenges.
You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SEN staff to provide personalised, consistent support throughout the school day. Patience, flexibility, and a nurturing approach are essential.
Ideal Candidate:
-Experience supporting children with autism and complex behavioural needs
-Confident working 1:1 with Reception/early years pupils
-Able to commit to full-time hours
