The Role:
We are seeking flexible, reliable, and proactive Teaching Assistants who are confident using their initiative and ready to make a real difference. Whether you're an experienced TA or looking to bring transferable skills from another field, we want to hear from you.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting pupils with additional needs on a one-to-one or small group basis
Assisting with the delivery of creative, personalised learning activities
Helping implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies
Encouraging independence and social development
Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and other support staff
