Our client is seeking a Technical Specialist (Banking) to join its Banking and Insurance Division due to team expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Advising on and assisting with applications for licences, products, and exemptions.
• Supervising licensees by handling notifications and submissions such as changes of control, director appointments, and licence surrenders.
• Taking initiative and applying sound judgement in supervisory activities.
• Identifying and monitoring risks affecting the banking sector and preparing reports on key issues.

The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in identifying and managing banking risks such as credit, liquidity, or market risk.
• Expertise in areas such as financial analysis, risk management, treasury, compliance, or trading.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage complex and sensitive matters.
