This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading telecommunications provider in the Isle of Man as a Retail Sales Consultant on a temporary basis until 31 December 2025. Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Delivering professional, efficient customer service across mobile and residential product ranges.
• Providing accurate, honest, and clear information to help customers make informed decisions.
• Ensuring each customer leaves with a complete and working service, or clear next steps for service provisioning.
• Accurately completing orders and supporting back-office processing through the correct use of systems.
• Responding to customer queries and complaints via face-to-face, phone, and email channels.
• Meeting personal and team-based sales and service targets.
• Complying with all regulatory, health and safety, data protection, and information security standards.
• Contributing to the training and development of new team members as required.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will be confident, self-motivated, and passionate about customer service. Previous retail or sales experience is essential, alongside a strong interest in mobile and consumer technology. Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are vital. A strong personal presentation and a proactive approach to promoting the brand and supporting customer satisfaction are also key attributes for this role.
