Description

A well-established financial services provider is seeking a skilled Senior Administrator to join its Trust & Corporate team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role involves delivering high-quality administration to a portfolio of trust and company structures, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring all regulatory, risk and compliance tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Administer a portfolio of trust and company entities
• Liaise with clients, intermediaries and internal teams
• Prepare minutes, resolutions and supporting documents
• Maintain client due diligence and risk assessments
• Support new business onboarding and attend client meetings

About You
• 5+ years’ administration experience, ideally in fiduciary services
• Relevant professional qualification (STEP, ICSA, ACCA)
