Our client, based in Feltham, are looking for an express Time Critical/AOG Agent with air export and/or import experience as well as customs procedures. Some knowledge of road freight would be preferred. Customs experience is essential.

This is a fast paced role so the candidate will be able to work well under pressure and have excellent time management skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include the following -

Day to Day responsibility for customer service delivery to Express Clients
Management of operational shared email Inbox, and procedural work flows of consignments

Follow up and resolve all operational issues / customer service concerns raised by the customer

Responsible for Sales Invoicing on a timely basis and job costing accuracy

Processing of import/export documents and creation/submission of Customs Entry Declarations

Keep up to date with Market trends, Mapcargo products, services and news.

Establish and Maintain Internal and External Relationships.
Fully Document attributed client’s business processes and requirements.
Ensure all HMRC Export and Import entry regulations are met, through self-auditing
Ensuring accuracy of Export and Import entry declarations through self-auditing
Monitor inbox and make sure emails are answered in timely manner


Hours: 4 On 4 Off 1900 - 0700 hrs

Salary is dependent on experience £35K - £40K
