The Role
This is an entry-level opportunity, providing the chance to begin a career in client services administration. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced colleagues, learning how to manage a portfolio of trust and company clients.
The position involves assisting with a wide variety of administrative tasks, including:
• Setting up and maintaining client and entity records
• Maintaining statutory records (electronic and paper-based)
• Preparing board minutes, shareholder resolutions and corporate authorities
• Drafting bank instructions and statutory returns
• Assisting with invoicing, bookkeeping and maintaining financial records
• Supporting client reporting and responding to queries from clients, beneficiaries, and advisors
• Preparing for meetings and supporting wider operational needs
• Helping to develop and test precedent documents, policies and procedures
• Ensuring compliance with statutory, regulatory and best practice requirements
Key Skills and Attributes
• A proactive and methodical approach to work
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet high standards in line with company policies and procedures
• A-Level or equivalent education (desired)
• Willingness to undertake professional qualifications
