Our client is seeking individuals with experience in the Trust sector to join their team at various levels—from Trainee through to Senior Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established organisation undergoing growth and restructuring. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of complex and demanding Companies and Trusts, delivering an efficient and professional service in a dynamic environment.
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Administering a varied portfolio of trust and company structures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising directly with clients and intermediaries to provide high-quality service.
• Preparing statutory documentation, board packs, and maintaining accurate records.
• Supporting day-to-day operations including financial transactions and internal process improvements.
• Contributing to a culture of compliance, teamwork, and client excellence.
• For senior-level roles: supervising junior staff, assisting with training and development, and overseeing workflow and task delegation.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Experience in fiduciary services appropriate to the level applied for.
• Working knowledge of Trust and Company administration principles and practices.
• For senior candidates: ideally holding or working towards a professional qualification such as STEP Diploma or NVQ Level 4 or above.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, coach and support junior team members effectively.
• Flexible, team-oriented approach with a focus on delivering service excellence.
