• Overseeing the day-to-day administration of a varied portfolio of offshore companies and trusts.
• Reviewing and approving statutory documents, payments, board resolutions, and minutes as a B signatory under client signing arrangements.
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Acting as a point of contact for clients, intermediaries, and internal departments on complex matters.
• Training and mentoring junior staff, offering guidance and support as needed.
• Supporting the Manager with team management responsibilities and performance reviews.
• Contributing to the effective operation of the team, ensuring high standards of service are consistently maintained.
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least five years’ experience within a fiduciary or trust environment and be either STEP qualified or studying towards a relevant qualification. Strong supervisory skills, a proactive approach, and sound technical knowledge are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a collaborative attitude are also key to success in this role.
