What You Will Do
-Deliver 1:1 or small-group support to secondary or post-16 learners
-Assist with targeted intervention sessions and progress support
-Work alongside teachers to reinforce learning and help students stay on track
-Support behaviour, engagement, and classroom routines where required
-Use your tutoring background to bring personalised learning strategies into the classroom
Requirements
-Tutoring experience (essential) – KS3, KS4, or post-16 welcomed
-Interest in progressing into a Secondary TA or College Learning Support role
-Strong communication and rapport-building skills
-DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
-Professionalism, flexibility, and a supportive approach
