Role: Warehouse Assistant
Industry: Electrical Wholesale
Location - Farnborough, Hampshire
Working hours - Monday to Friday – no weekends
Salary - up to circa £32,000 basic negotiable depending on experience + bonuses

Rhodium Consulting is recruiting for a Warehouse Assistant to join our ambitious and successful client within the electrical wholesale industry.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and is looking to develop their career within a busy warehouse and distribution environment.

Responsibilities will include:
• Receiving and checking incoming deliveries
• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations
• Cutting and preparing electrical cables to customer requirements
• Ensuring orders are prepared accurately and on time
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and well organised
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
Skills Required:
• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience within electrical wholesale would be advantageous
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Physically fit and comfortable with a hands-on role
• Reliable and committed working attitude
• Good organisational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently when required
• Good communication skills
• Keen to learn and develop new skills
Forklift training/certification is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided
Salary up to £32,000 negotiable, dependent on skills and experience + bonuses
