Vacancy: Warehouse Manager

Salary negotiable depending on experience
Monday - Friday
We are seeking an enthusiastic Warehouse Manager for a well-established electrical wholesale company. their needs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to work for a rapidly growing company.
Applicants should be from an electrical wholesale background and have electrical product knowledge.
Warehouse Manager
• Establishes and controls inventory systems
• Interprets inventory reports and liaises with Branch Manager to control obsolete stock
• Updates and adjusts stock records as necessary
• Identifies opportunities to reduce costs and advises the appropriate personnel of these opportunities
• Ensures all goods inwards and returns are correctly processed and recorded
• Maintains a high standard of housekeeping within the Goods Inward and Stores areas
• Contributes to ensuring health and safety procedures are followed
• Manages the department’s preparation for stocktaking
• Performs other reasonable activities from time to time as requested by Director/s and Branch Manager
Experience required:
• Supervisory experience
• Inventory reports
• Stores management and housekeeping
• In house computer systems
• Computer literacy
• High level of record keeping and routine paperwork
• Numeric skills
• Ability to manage own time and workflow
• Enthusiastic attitude
• Ability to remain positive in stressful situations
• Work in a busy, active and lively environment.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
