Wedding Sales Coordinator
Full-time | Permanent | £26,000+ per year | Bonus Scheme Available
Are you passionate about creating unforgettable wedding experiences? We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Wedding Sales Coordinator to join our client’s busy hospitality team at a stunning countryside hotel and golf resort.
You’ll play a key role in promoting and delivering exceptional weddings and events, working closely with couples to bring their dream days to life while driving sales across our full range of event offerings. ________________________________________

What You’ll Do
• Manage wedding and event enquiries from initial contact through to final details, ensuring a seamless client journey.
• Conduct venue show rounds and consultations, showcasing our facilities and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build strong relationships with clients to develop trust, repeat business, and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
• Create and manage event contracts, deposits, accommodation allocations, menu selections, and function sheets with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination between sales, catering, and operations.
• Represent the venue at wedding fairs and open days, actively promoting our packages and services.
• Follow up on all leads and enquiries promptly, both online and offline.
• Support marketing activity — from creating social media content and promotional materials to staying current on industry trends.

What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of experience in wedding or event sales (hospitality or venue-based).
• A confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• A proactive self-starter who can manage their own workload while being a supportive team player.
• Creative flair with a good eye for detail and design when preparing marketing materials or event setups.
• A warm, personable approach and genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and celebrations.
