The role, will start as soon as possible on a long term basis with potential for permanent position. The school hours are 8.30am – 3.30pm Monday – Friday with a 30 minute lunch break.

The role will require the candidate to have strong behaviour management skills as well as being caring, compassionate and resilient. The candidate must have some experience within childcare, ideally youth work and ideally, have an understanding or experience working with children on the autism spectrum, or those with SEMH difficulties and challenging behaviours. Pay will start at £14.30 per hour for this role but this is negotiable dependent on experience and level of responsibility.
