Description
An opportunity has arisen for a technically curious, hands-on individual to help integrate modern AI tools across a fast-growing technology-focused organisation supporting film, television and broadcast production.
This role is practical and operational, not research or software engineering. You will work across multiple departments to identify where AI can streamline workflows, automate routine tasks and unlock new capabilities. You should already be a confident user of tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies.
Your mission:
Make AI an effective, everyday tool across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify practical AI use cases across teams
• Deploy and configure AI tools to support internal workflows
• Build simple automations to reduce repetitive tasks
• Contribute to internal AI assisted knowledge systems
• Create prompt libraries and usage guidelines
• Train and support staff in adopting AI tools
• Assist with responsible-use and data protection guidelines
• Test emerging AI tools and share insights with teams
About You
Essential Skills
• Strong hands on experience with modern AI tools
• Curious, experimental, and eager to learn
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability
• Able to translate business needs into practical AI solutions
• Clear communicator, especially with non technical colleagues
Desirable Skills
• Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
• Familiarity with APIs
• Workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n)
• Knowledge management or documentation systems
• Basic data analysis
• Experience with SaaS platforms or IT administration (e.g., MDM tools)
Education
• Degree in computer science, engineering, digital technology or similar
• OR strong practical experience with AI and automation
What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)
• AI tools adopted across multiple departments
• Several routine workflows automated
• Internal AI powered knowledge systems in place
• Staff confident using AI daily
• New opportunities identified using emerging AI technologies
Working Conditions & Benefits
• 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday (occasional weekend work)
