We’re working with a popular, high-volume fresh food pub and restaurant in Burnley that’s looking for a hands-on Assistant Manager to join their thriving team. What you’ll be doing:
• Support daily operations across front and back of house
• Lead, motivate, and support the team during busy service times
• Deliver excellent, efficient customer service
• Train and develop junior team members
• Maintain top standards of food quality, cleanliness, and presentation
• Assist with rotas, stock control, and performance management

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience as a manager or supervisor in a busy pub or restaurant
• Strong leadership and clear communication
• Hands-on attitude and calm under pressure
• A natural team motivator and mentor
