Assistant Manager – Premium Food-Led Seasonal Inn
£13.50 per hour + Tips & Profit Share
Colne, Lancashire

Perfect Recruitment is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Assistant Manager for a premium, award-winning seasonal inn in a beautiful rural location. This is a great opportunity for a motivated hospitality professional with a big personality to step into a supportive leadership role.

The Role:
• Assist the Manager in daily operations of the inn
• Support and supervise FOH team to ensure excellent guest experiences
• Maintain high standards across food, drink, and service
• Help with staff scheduling, training, and development
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly
• Support stock control and operational administration

About You:
• Hospitality experience, ideally in a food-led environment
• Hands-on, self-motivated, and ready to lead by example
• Big personality with strong communication and organisational skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent food and service
• Calm under pressure and thrives in a busy, seasonal environment
• Ambitious and keen to develop your management skills
