£35,000 – £45,000 DOE
Large Hotel | Conference, Banqueting & Multi-Outlet F&B
We’re recruiting two chefs for a large, well-established hotel operation in the Bolton area:
• Senior Sous Chef
• Sous Chef
This is a high-volume environment with significant conference & banqueting, alongside multiple food and beverage outlets. Both roles are key appointments within a structured kitchen operation.
Senior Sous Chef
Up to £45,000
• Support the Head Chef with full kitchen operations
• Lead and manage a large brigade across banqueting and outlets
• Take ownership of service delivery for major events
• Assist with rotas, stock control, GP and ordering
• Drive standards, consistency and team development
• Act as deputy to the Head Chef when required
Sous Chef
From £35,000
• Support day-to-day service across banqueting and F&B outlets
• Supervise sections and junior team members
• Deliver consistent food quality in high-volume services
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and operational standards
• Opportunity to focus on one kitchen or rotate across outlets

• Proven experience in hotels, banqueting or high-volume kitchens
• Strong organisational skills and calm leadership
• Flexible approach to service and working patterns
• Team-focused, reliable and professional
