As Audit Manager, you will take ownership of a varied portfolio of audit clients, leading engagements from planning through to completion while mentoring junior team members and supporting the firm's continued growth. You will play a key role in maintaining strong client relationships and upholding the highest standards of audit quality.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of audit clients across a range of sectors and sizes
Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments in line with regulatory standards
Supervise, coach, and develop junior members of the audit team
Liaise directly with clients to build and maintain strong working relationships
Identify opportunities to add value and cross-sell additional services
Requirements:
ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
Proven experience managing audit engagements and leading teams
Strong technical knowledge of UK auditing standards and financial reporting
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
