• Support induction and orientation of new team members and maintain a high standard of service through collaboration and communication.
The Ideal Candidate
This role is open to individuals with no prior experience, making it an ideal entry point for those looking to establish a rewarding career in care. A full in-house training programme is provided, with a requirement to achieve a VQ Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care within three years.
