Location: Bolton, Greater Manchester
Salary: From £32,000 per annum + tips

Perfect Recruitment are working with an established food-led venue in the Bolton area to recruit a skilled Chef de Partie to join their busy kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a committed chef with experience in high-volume, fresh food kitchens who takes pride in producing quality dishes and maintaining consistent standards throughout service.
Working as part of a larger brigade, you’ll be responsible for managing your section, ensuring preparation is completed efficiently and delivering well-presented food during busy service periods. We’re looking for someone who is organised, dependable and keen to establish themselves in a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities
• Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the required standard.
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day running of your section.
• Ensuring mise en place is completed efficiently ahead of service.
• Maintaining consistency, quality and presentation across all dishes.
• Working closely with the wider kitchen team to deliver smooth service.
• Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety standards.
• Ensuring correct food storage, stock rotation and portion control.
• Keeping your section clean, organised and ready for service.
The Ideal Candidate
• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar kitchen role.
• A strong background in high-volume, fresh food kitchens.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• A reliable and hardworking approach.
• A team player who communicates well with colleagues across the kitchen.
• A consistent employment history, demonstrating commitment and longevity.
• Reliable transport or the ability to drive is preferred due to the location.
