### About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Class Teacher to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team at a friendly and thriving school in Bolton, Lancashire. This role is specifically for a Key Stage 2 class, and we welcome applications from Early Career Teachers who are passionate about providing high-quality learning opportunities for children.

### Responsibilities:

- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the varied learning needs of all pupils in KS2.
- Use a variety of teaching methods to promote a stimulating learning environment.
- Monitor and assess pupils' progress, providing regular feedback to support their academic and personal development.
- Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that promotes good behavior and a strong work ethic.
- Implement inclusive practices to ensure all children have equal access to learning opportunities and support.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to enhance the learning experience for every pupil.
- Stay up-to-date with the curriculum and pedagogical trends to enhance teaching practices.
- Contribute to the wider school community through involvement in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Attend and contribute to staff meetings and professional development sessions.

### Requirements:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently undergoing teacher training with an expected qualification by the start date.
- Sound knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and the ability to translate that knowledge into effective teaching practice.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills, capable of fostering a positive learning environment.
- A commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to learn from others.
- Enhanced DBS clearance and eligibility to work in the UK.

### Additional Information:
