Description

An established and reputable organisation within the Trust and Fiduciary services industry seeks an experienced and strategic Client Director to lead its Trust Administration teams. This senior-level position reports directly to the CEO and plays a pivotal role in shaping business strategy, transforming customer experiences, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and inspire teams to consistently deliver exceptional trust administration services.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with high-value clients, advising on complex trust structures and fiduciary matters.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure strict compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO and senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and innovative solutions.
• Spearhead digital and process transformation to enhance client experiences and operational efficiency.
• Ensure rigorous risk management and compliance within Guernsey’s regulatory framework.

What You Need:
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in Trust and Fiduciary services.
• At least 5 years' proven leadership experience at a senior management level.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, law, or a related field.
• STEP qualification or an equivalent professional credential.
• Expertise in managing complex trust structures and navigating regulatory environments.
• Exceptional leadership, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
• Strong analytical, communication, and technology adoption capabilities.
