A leading financial services provider is seeking a Compliance Quality Assurance Reviewer to join its team in Guernsey.

This key role involves conducting independent quality assurance reviews of AML file reviews and customer risk assessments across corporate, trust, and individual clients. You’ll ensure due diligence measures are correctly applied in line with customer risk, maintain remediation tracking, and highlight recurring compliance issues.

Working closely with compliance and operational teams, you’ll provide feedback to enhance first-line processes, support management reporting, and escalate material findings where necessary.

Requirements:
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Strong AML/CFT/PF knowledge and understanding of client due diligence.
• Previous experience in compliance monitoring or second-line oversight.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
• ICA qualification (or working towards one) preferred.
