A Guernsey-based investment management and specialist lending firm is seeking an additional File Review Executive to support an ongoing project within its Risk & Compliance team. The company operates in a specialist segment of the mortgage market, providing secured lending against UK property—primarily to non-UK resident individuals—and offering investors attractive risk-adjusted returns with a focus on capital security and transparency.
Purpose of the Role
You will play a vital role in a project designed to review customer files and complete any remediation work required in line with a well-defined framework. The initiative is being supported by the executive team and independent third parties, and you'll be joining a focused team of professionals committed to quality and delivery.
This full-time, fixed-term role is available through to 28 February 2026.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed reviews of Customer Due Diligence (CDD) files.
• Identify and document gaps or inconsistencies in customer information.
• Liaise with internal teams and external support to ensure timely remediation.
• Maintain accurate records of review findings and corrective actions.
• Use compliance systems, shared platforms, and Excel to track project progress.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify risk indicators or missing data.
• Analytical thinking and the ability to make evidence-based judgments.
• Project discipline with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Integrity and discretion in handling sensitive customer data.
• Familiarity with compliance systems, documentation tools, and Excel.
