Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking Group that delivers fund administration, private client, and corporate services across multiple jurisdictions. Supporting the Marketing Manager within the wider Commercial team, the successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering events, digital campaigns, internal communications, and business development activities that contribute to the organisation’s growth and engagement goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver business development events, sponsorships, and conferences across jurisdictions.
• Liaise with venues, suppliers, and internal teams to coordinate logistics and budgets.
• Maintain industry association links and visibility opportunities.
• Manage the BD calendar and track event activity.
• Prepare credentials and pitch materials, including RFP coordination.
• Use CRM tools to track leads and support reporting.
• Maintain intermediary contact lists and deliver tailored updates.
• Ensure BD activities align with acquisition and retention goals.
• Support ESG and CSR initiatives with campaign delivery.
• Deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns, including digital and print.
• Draft and manage content such as newsletters, press releases, and case studies.
• Maintain the company’s websites and social media channels.
• Align materials with brand guidelines and messaging.
• Gather feedback to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
• Support internal campaigns alongside the People & Culture team.

The Ideal Candidate
• Holds a marketing qualification, ideally at undergraduate level, and is committed to ongoing professional development.
• Brings previous experience in a similar role, preferably within financial services.
• Demonstrates digital fluency, especially with AI marketing platforms.
• Shows strong content creation skills and attention to brand consistency.
• Possesses excellent organisation and communication abilities.
• Confident in using MS Office and web/social media platforms.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working across jurisdictions.
• Willing and able to travel when required.
