Join a leading client as a Crewing Administrator, supporting the daily administration of crew employment and payroll activities. This is a varied role offering a chance to work in a dynamic and professional team with the flexibility of full-time or part-time hours.

Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Administering crew contracts, employment documentation, and payroll processes.
• Maintaining accurate and secure records for vessels and crew personnel.
• Ensuring timely completion of employment lifecycle documentation.
• Supporting compliance with industry standards and regulatory obligations.
• Collaborating with internal departments to manage crew data and logistics.

The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a similar administrative or payroll-related role, ideally within a maritime, HR or operations environment. Strong communication, attention to detail, and software literacy are key, with motivation and reliability being vital to succeed in this role.
