A dynamic financial services firm in Guernsey is seeking a highly skilled individual for the role of Customer Contact & Data Administrator, Guernsey. This a temporary role until 31/12/2025.
Overall purpose of the role:
This role is an excellent opportunity for A-Level school leavers or graduates looking to develop their career in the financial sector. Full training will be provided, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supporting the Operations team in the administration of client information and Customer Due Diligence (CDD).
• Processing administration requests with accuracy in line with Service Level Agreements.
• Conducting client communication to obtain further required information and provide certification through video calls when necessary.
• Assisting in the review of certification and CDD requirements while enhancing operational processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborating with teams across various business functions to maintain a high standard of service.
• Participating in projects, including system development and testing, to improve team effectiveness.
The successful candidate will have:
• A keen eye for detail with proven accuracy and excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills to actively engage with clients, brokers, and colleagues.
• A results-driven mindset, capable of managing high volumes of work within tight deadlines.
• Tech-savvy abilities, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other customer data systems.
• A self-starter attitude with adaptability to learn and use proprietary systems.
