A leading telecommunications company is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join their Customer Experience Team as a Customer Service Advisor in the Isle of Man. This is a full-time position, offering 37 hours per week, with the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Overall purpose of the role:

The Customer Service Advisor will deliver an efficient and professional service, handling customer queries, faults, and service requests over the phone or online. The role focuses on achieving customer excellence, ensuring every customer interaction is welcoming, friendly, and resolved to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for putting the customer first and achieving customer-focused outcomes, with high levels of empathy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of simplifying complex issues for easier understanding.
• A methodical approach to tasks, ensuring accurate and high-quality outputs.
