Resourcing4Marketing is thrilled to be recruiting for a Direct Marketing Manage for a leading UK business in their field.
As the Direct Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of the customer contact strategy, playing a key role in driving acquisition, retention, and ongoing communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
• Lead and manage the Direct Marketing Team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee relationships with 3rd party agencies, ensuring seamless execution of the customer contact strategy.
• Develop and implement acquisition strategies to attract new customers and drive business growth.
• Craft compelling customer communications to enhance brand engagement and loyalty.
• Drive retention efforts through targeted communication strategies and promotions.
• Provide insightful performance reporting and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Skills & Experience:
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Apteco FastStats/Dot Digital/People Stage (preferred).
• The ability to coordinate multiple communication channels effectively.
• Strong prioritization skills and the capacity to work under pressure.
• A track record of meeting performance targets and adapting to evolving business needs.
• Line management experience
