Description
An established international financial services provider is seeking a Fund Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of private equity fund structures, under the guidance of a Client Relationship Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career in the fund services sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer a range of complex fund structures and associated management companies
• Liaise with clients and intermediaries on operational matters
• Coordinate company secretarial tasks, including minute-taking for board and shareholder meetings
• Process both routine and complex fund operations
• Maintain accurate investor records and process transfers and updates
• Prepare and execute manual and electronic payment instructions
• Ensure timely completion of regulatory and statutory filings
• Coordinate new bank account openings and staff training on electronic banking systems
• Manage distribution and filing of accounts
• Support and mentor junior colleagues under supervision
What You’ll Need
• Studying towards a relevant professional qualification (preferably CGI or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a financial services environment; funds experience is advantageous
• A good understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory framework
• Solid technical knowledge of financial services (training provided)
• Strong IT skills and computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
