We are working with a well-regarded hospitality business in the Oldham area looking to recruit an experienced Head Chef to lead their kitchen team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an established Head Chef or a strong Sous Chef ready to take the next step in their career. The business is looking for a chef with a proven background in quality-led kitchens and experience working within Rosette-standard establishments.
The Role:
• Leading and managing the day-to-day kitchen operation
• Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
• Managing and developing the kitchen team
• Ensuring food safety, compliance, and stock control procedures are adhered to
• Working closely with senior management to drive standards and consistency
The Ideal Candidate:
• Previous experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
• Strong background within Rosette-standard kitchens
• Passionate about fresh food and quality ingredients
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Stable career history with longevity in previous roles
• Organised, professional, and driven to maintain high standards
