Resourcing4HR are actively recruiting a detail-driven HR Administrator to join a busy HR Hub on a 6 month FTC basis and help deliver a genuinely people-first employee experience.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of the employee lifecycle and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you'll be doing:
Coordinating and managing onboarding to ensure new starters feel welcomed and supported
Handling employee lifecycle administration (changes, leavers, records)
Acting as a key contact for HR and benefits queries, providing clear and people-focused responses
Delivering a high-quality, personal HR service at every touchpoint
Supporting general HR administration with accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality
Working closely with the wider HR Hub to ensure consistent service delivery
What we're looking for:
Experience in HR or people administration, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
Proactive, solution-focused mindset
Graduate calibre
You'll be:
