Looking to work for a corporate, global business, yet work locally? An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join a busy and collaborative HR team within a fast-paced organisation, based in Hertfordshire.

Reporting into the HR Business Partner and supporting a wider HR team of 8 professionals, this role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality and engaging employee experience across the full employee lifecycle for a workforce of approximately 500 employees.

This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of HR activities, making it ideal for someone looking to further develop their HR career in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinating and administering employee lifecycle activities including internal moves, changes to working patterns, family leave and other employee changes
Managing and co-ordinating the onboarding and offboarding process
Supporting and preparing induction programmes for new employees
Assisting with HR reporting and metrics, providing data and insights to support decisions
Administering employee recognition programmes
Coordinating health, lifestyle and wellbeing services including occupational health, health checks and wellbeing initiatives
First point of contact for HR-related queries alongside the HR Apprentice
Providing general HR administration and support to the wider HR team

About You:
Previous HR experience or a Business/HR-related qualification
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across all levels
Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong IT skills, particularly Excel (including pivots, VLOOKUP and data management)
CIPD qualification or currently working towards
Previous experience within an HR or administrative role
