HR Lead - Manufacturing
Coventry based
4 days on-site (no flexibility) / 1 day from home
40 hours per week
Salary: £80,000 – £100,000 + £6,000 car allowance

Resourcing4HR are currently partnering with a leading manufacturing business to appoint a HR Lead based in Coventry on a permanent basis.
This is a pivotal leadership role within a large, complex, unionised manufacturing site and would suit a senior HR professional who thrives in an operational, fast-paced environment and enjoys driving real business transformation.
Key Background:
Degree & CIPD qualified senior HR professional
Proven manufacturing background
Experience managing a team of c.6+ HR professionals
Background operating within a unionised environment (c.800+ employees)
Strong experience leading organisational transformation alongside site leadership
Comfortable being visible, present and accountable on-site
Key Responsibilities:
Driving engagement initiatives across a large workforce
Overseeing complex ER cases
Leading and developing a multi-level HR team
Partnering with diverse stakeholder groups across the UK, Europe and the US
Working closely with a strong, high-performing Site Leader
We’re looking for someone who can:
Hold their own in senior meetings and constructively challenge when needed
Balance assertiveness with empathy
Coach and develop their team at different stages of capability
Help realign and embed a high-performance culture
