Our Sunbury based client is looking for a new team member for their Ocean Freight Import department due to expansion and growth of business.

Role will involve all aspects of Ocean Freight Import operations including the following:

Arranging collections in accordance with SOPS/quotations and customer requirements
Generating bookings with carriers and passing vessel details to shippers/agents
Sending notices of arrival
Generating invoices to customer Checking vendor invoices against job files
Arranging deliveries to final destination
Completing import process from start to finish.
Liaising with suppliers and accounts on billing queries.
Ensure that all company policies and legislations are being adhered to.
Liaise with the internal departments.
Accurate completion of customs entries in accordance with customer instructions and
work procedures.

Successful candidate will have at least 2 years experience within Freight Forwarding looking for an opportunity to work within a dynamic and fast growing operations team in a role with plenty of scope for future career progression.

Hours Mon - Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Salary 28K - 35K subject to experience
