We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Reprographics Technician to join our dedicated support team at a busy and vibrant school in Kirkby. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key behind-the-scenes role in supporting the smooth operation of our school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a range of reprographic equipment including photocopiers, scanners, and laminators
Produce high-quality printed materials for teaching staff, such as worksheets, booklets, and classroom resources
Manage and prioritise daily print requests from staff
Monitor stock levels of paper and consumables, ordering supplies when necessary
Carry out basic maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment
Ensure all work is completed in a timely, efficient, and confidential manner
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a similar role or with reprographics equipment (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A flexible, can-do attitude and excellent time management
A commitment to maintaining a safe and supportive school environment
