We are seeking an experienced Secondary School TA to join a SEN school in Lymm, offering a supportive and inclusive environment. Your primary role will involve providing 1:1 support to two students with visual impairments (VI), mild autism, and ADHD.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom activities tailored to students' needs.
- Provide individual support to enhance learning and social interactions.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement educational plans.
- Monitor student progress and contribute to assessments.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a secondary school setting.
- Understanding of SEN strategies, especially for VI, autism and ADHD.
- Empathetic, patient and committed to fostering student development.

Working Hours: 8.30 am to 3.30 pm
Salary: Up to £104 per day
