We are looking for a committed Secondary Teaching Assistant (TA) to support pupils in KS3 and KS4. As a Secondary TA, you will assist teachers, support pupils with SEND or SEMH needs, and help maintain a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils
• Assist teachers in lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Support pupils with SEND, ADHD, or behavioural needs
• Track pupil progress and provide feedback
• Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment

Requirements:
• Experience supporting secondary pupils
• Understanding of SEND or SEMH strategies
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible, proactive, and approachable
