Facilitating learning across different subjects
Working within a small-group, specialist SEND environment
Building positive relationships and supporting pupils' engagement, confidence and independence
Adapting lessons and activities to meet individual needs

We’re Looking For:

- A qualified teacher or someone with previous experience teaching or supporting learning within a SEND setting
- Experience working with autism and/or complex additional needs is desirable
- A patient, adaptable and nurturing approach
- Confidence managing varied learning needs and adapting to different situations
- Someone who is enthusiastic about helping young people engage with education

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service is preferred, although candidates who are willing to obtain a new DBS will also be considered.

If you’re an adaptable teacher or experienced SEND practitioner looking for a rewarding full-time opportunity in a specialist setting, we’d love to hear from you.
