Role: Inclusion/Pastoral Teaching Assistant
Rate: £115 - £120 per day
Create a Sanctuary in the Middle of the School Day.
Some children aren't ready for a 30-person classroom yet. They need a "Nurture Room" a place for toast, talk, and emotional regulation. We are looking for a highly empathetic TA's to lead small-group pastoral sessions.
You'll be working with children who have had a tough start, helping them build the social skills they need to thrive. Because of the specialist nature of this role, we offer our top rate of £120 per day.
• Experience: Ideally, you have a background in ELSA, counselling, or youth work.
• The Environment: A quiet, supportive corner of a bustling, friendly primary school.
