Description
Our client is a prominent, multi-jurisdictional fiduciary and corporate administration group. Known for their client-centric approach and solid reputation in the private wealth sector, they provide a well-supported environment for financial services professionals. They are looking to add an experienced professional to their Guernsey team on either a permanent or contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
• Portfolio Management: Managing the day-to-day administration of a diverse portfolio of company and trust structures.
• Client & Intermediary Relations: Acting as a primary point of contact, handling daily communications, and preparing for client meetings.
• Transactional Operations: Executing payments, managing varied asset types, and drafting comprehensive minutes and resolutions.
• Risk & Compliance: Maintaining accurate client profiles, updating client due diligence (CDD), and completing periodic reviews on time.
• Business Support: Assisting with onboarding new client business and ensuring billing and invoicing targets are met efficiently.
Skills & Experience Required
• Industry Background: At least 3-5 years of experience within fiduciary services, specifically in Trust and Corporate administration.
• Qualifications: A relevant professional qualification is highly desirable (such as STEP, ICSA/CGI, or ACCA).
• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of the fiduciary regulatory environment and solid IT proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Execution: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to workload management.
