Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join a customer-focused operations team supporting multi-jurisdictional clients. The successful applicant will provide dedicated administration support and service delivery for Unit-Linked plans, acting as a key contact for financial advisers and policyholders. This role is ideal for an experienced client account administrator with a strong record in customer service and communication, seeking to contribute to a collaborative and responsive client services team.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality administration and servicing support for Unit-Linked plans.
• Act as a main point of contact for clients and financial advisers, responding to queries across phone, email, and video call.
• Provide accurate and timely processing of servicing requests in line with SLAs.
• Take ownership of client enquiries from start to resolution, referring complex issues as appropriate.
• Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively follow up with clients to ensure timely completion of transactions.
• Support the Helpdesk and wider Operations team when required.
• Maintain and update client files and CRM systems, ensuring compliance with AML and CDD standards.
• Assist in obtaining and verifying CDD and conducting customer care/security checks.
• Contribute to operational reporting, reviewing and enhancing procedures where needed.
• Participate in internal projects and system development initiatives.
• Attend training and development sessions to build technical knowledge.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and client excellence.
The Ideal Candidate
• Experienced in customer service and operational roles, ideally within financial services.
• Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
• Able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
• Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and committed to high service standards.
• Capable of mentoring colleagues and supporting process improvement.
• Understands AML, CDD, and customer due diligence requirements.
• Approaches work with a continuous improvement mindset and team-oriented attitude.
