Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day activities across a team, planning and allocating work to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and review complex financial statements in line with UK GAAP and IFRS.
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual reports.
• Ensure accounting records are up to date within platforms such as Viewpoint, Yardi, and Quickbooks.
• Oversee the audit process for selected clients, liaising with auditors and third parties.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical insight and responsive service.
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure unified, cross-jurisdictional delivery.
• Identify service issues promptly and ensure consistent, high-quality standards across the portfolio.
• Comply with internal policies and uphold professional standards at all times.
The Ideal Candidate
• A fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
• In-depth knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS, with practical application experience.
• Familiarity with US GAAP would be an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of Viewpoint, Yardi, Quickbooks or similar accounting platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong data handling skills.
• Proven experience managing teams and workstreams independently.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• A collaborative, professional, and client-focused approach.
