Scheduler / Project Coordinator (Passive Fire) – Junior
Location: Wolverhampton (Office-Based – Own Transport Required)
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum (DOE) — equivalent to approximately £13.85 – £15.38 per hour during the initial 3-month temporary period
Contract: Temp to Perm (3 Months Temporary, with Permanent Position to Follow)

The Role
We are seeking a Scheduler / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of fire door and passive fire projects. This is a full-time, fully office-based role with no working from home, where you will be responsible for coordinating works, liaising with clients and residents, and supporting project delivery through effective planning and organisation. A key part of the role involves managing and coordinating site teams remotely, so previous experience running or coordinating teams is essential.
You will play a key role in ensuring works are scheduled efficiently, teams are coordinated effectively, and projects are completed in line with programme requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule works and coordinate operatives and site teams across multiple projects
Manage and coordinate site teams remotely, ensuring works are progressing to programme
Liaise with clients and residents to arrange access within social housing environments
Coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers to organise deliveries to site
Support project delivery through effective planning, organisation and communication
Review site information, photos and reports to assist with completion documentation
Maintain accurate records and support reporting processes
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of works
What We're Looking For
Experience in a scheduling, coordination or administrative role within construction or a related industry — essential
Previous experience managing or coordinating site teams or operatives — essential
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Good IT skills and strong attention to detail
Experience within passive fire, fire doors or similar works — desirable
Experience working within social housing or similar environments — desirable
