Talent Coordinator (L&D Focus)
Location: Watford
Working pattern: 3 days onsite / 2 days home working
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Resourcing4HR are delighted to be supporting a newly created opportunity for a Talent Coordinator to join a growing Learning & Development function.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being at the heart of learning operations—organising, coordinating, and ensuring a seamless experience for employees from onboarding through to ongoing development.
What you'll be doing:
• Coordinating training sessions (virtual & in-person), including logistics, materials, and scheduling
• Supporting onboarding, from IT setup to pre-training communications
• Managing relationships with external training providers and suppliers
• Maintaining learning platforms/intranet content and handling L&D queries
• Producing and analysing learning data reports and dashboards
• Supporting budgets, purchase orders, and L&D processes
What we're looking for:
• Ideally experienced within an HR / L&D function at Coordinator / Administrator level
• Technically strong - MS Excel including pivot tables, Powerpoint, MS Word
• Strong communication skills with a clear, structured approach (task, action, result)
• Highly organised with great attention to detail
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and admin processes
• Someone proactive who enjoys improving systems and experiences
